Kury atakują!!!

Mój dom został opanowany przez armię wielkanocnych kurek.

Zrobiłam ich dokładnie 24 i mam serdecznie dość! :-) Do zdjęcia pozowało 23 sztuki, ponieważ jedna została poważnie ranna podczas prac wykończeniowych (ucięłam nie tą nitkę co trzeba ;-)) i nie była w pełni sił, by pozować do zdjęcia. 

Kurki wykonane są na szydełku według mojego własnego projektu, jako inspiracja posłużyły mi liczne zdjęcia kurek z internetu. Tułów wykonany techniką pęczków, każda w innym zestawie kolorystycznym, na szyjce kokardka.

Kurki przyozdobią stół członków mojej rodziny, przyjaciół i znajomych (duża część już "wyszła").

My house has been invaded by an army of Easter hens!

I made exactly 24 of them and have more than enough! :-) There are 23 hens visible in the photos as one was seriously injured during the finishing process (I cut the wrong thread ;-)) and was not feeling well enough to take part in the photo session.

The hens were crocheted according to my own design, I was inspired by numerous pictures from the internet. The body is made using puff stitch technique, each one in different set of colours, with a ribbon around the neck.

They will serve as a decoration of Easter tables of family members,  friends and acquaintances (most of the 'went out' already).
